In 2002 Ram Charan followed up the article by co-authoring with Larry Bossidy Execution: The Discipline of Getting Things Done, Crown Business, 2002. This book is an excellent reference tool for strategic implementation. This book is a succinct summary of all that is wrong in many companies. As an entrepreneur, it's easy to get side-tracked.
